1. What is  second-hand good?

Second-hand good is the product that may have some defects, resulting it cannot be sold as a new one. But after professional testing, the product still functions well.

2. Are they still workable?

Yes. Your second-hand good may just have some wear or signs of being used, but will indeed work perfectly.

3. What can I do if I want to choose a better one among same products?

You don’t need to choose. We will randomly deliver the items which have been tested working well.

4. Can I return or exchange a second-hand good?

Sorry, a second-hand good cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be caution to buy if you mind.

5. Can I use points or coupons for a second-hand good?

You can use points for a second-hand good, but you cannot use coupons for it.
