It’s a decent product, but I expected more given the price. but a little more innovation would be great.

Highly satisfied with this product. It’s well-made, and I would recommend it to anyone.
this was a great purchase for 25.00. the buttons are huge and the display is large and tilts up to see, I purchased this to use with the agptek hands free headset. plugged right in, has a mute and a redial. the phone is light and takes 4 aa batteries to use some of the features but as this is for a work from home office, I'm happy with the product. I took off a star as it feels like it's a bit cheap, but it could be the lightweight material they use now days. I would recommend. if you are a senior. this is a great purchase as a regular land line.it doesn't not hand up with the purchased head set. you need to leave the hand set on the cradle to answer or hand up.
Actually works well however the eighty year old still has trouble viewing the number that is calling. That is my fault as there’s no light on the display and I should of looked for that. <o
I can't believe how inexpensive this phone set is for what it does. It has larger numerals and letters in the screen and really runs itself. You don't have to be a tech whiz to work it. You'll need to buy 4 high quality AA batteries as this phone requires no AC power. Has some nice features and a good volume control and ringer cutoff. Order a longer receiver cord while you're at it, and a longer mounting cord if you wish. Phone comes with a part that snaps into the back for instant wall mounting capabilities. I like the forward tilt so you can see what's happening without craning your neck. If you've still got a landline and need a good telephone set at an affordable price, this is the one.
Clear sound, voice quality, and speakerphone capability everyone needs. Its batteries makes me feel like replacements will be a chore, but it's much more welcome than needing to use up an outlet. It beats most other models on Amazon at this price point!
used it for a fill-in phone b/c after working from home for a year, and work phone was just not good quality with my computer settings, and no tech person seemed competent to fix or help me trouble shoot. Phone quality good (VOIP over Cox, wired not wireless). 2 things to be aware of: the numbers on the dial pad and screen are large enough to see if your vision isn't great. More than big enough. However, the caller ID screen doesn't light up, an the contrast isn't great, so I still can't see that well...altho it's not that important to see the screen, it's more important to see the dial pad :-). Most troublesome feature is that the dial buttons are extremely hard to push. It's like they are stuck. I have enough strength that it is more of an inconvenience that I can't dial quickly. But if someone is very frail, it may be difficult, unless there is a way to pre-program numbers in and then just push one number to dial. I just got it and haven't noticed that feature, but it is possibly there and I haven't realized it. Overall I'd give it a 4.5 for the price and quality..better than my $200 work phone, and for DAMN sure better than my Walmart $30 one
In this day and age, Caller ID is a must. I have long used two phones in my home (one upstairs, one downstairs)--always with Caller ID. My older At&T phone works just fine, and when it came time to replace the other (non AT&T) phone, I wanted to replace it with an AT&T model. I chose the AT&T CL2940 Corded Phone with Caller ID/Call waiting, Speakerphone, XL Tilt Display, XL Buttons & Audio Assist Volume Boost, and I couldn't be more pleased. The price, quality, free shipping, quick delivery, and ease of use are all great. What really makes this such a terrific value are all the optimal, user-friendly features which are especially beneficial for those of use who need a little extra help with seeing and hearing issues. This also makes a very thoughtful gift--give someone a new & improved phone--give them a call. Make it easier to keep in touch.
This is just what our family needed for Sunday to listen to our preacher over Zoom Meetings. It's a good solid desk phone that will operate without electricity so it's a welcome addition to all the cordless phones that we have. With hurricane season on the way to knock out power, we can contact the power company and let them know we are without service. We bought it new as the used one mention that parts might be missing. Only those planning to wall mount would have an issue as it may be the bracket that is missing so if you are going to use ilthis for emergencies only, then go for it.
I'm no luddite but for working from home I like to have a landline speakerphone. It's hard in this day and age to actually find a good one that doesn't also have an answering machine. The number keys ago are quite large, with the corresponding letters also printed in a smaller (but still large) font. I find the decision to require batteries for the speakerphone to function quite baffling. This phone isn't portable at all and is meant to sit on a desk. Why not just have it use a power cord instead of making the user deal with batteries with a limited lifetime? I've called in to several meetings with this phone and it has served me well.
I really need a new, corded wall phone. I chose this one, as it's made by AT&T and says its wall mountable. I'm 60 yrs old, I've had many, many phones thru the years. Never have seen one like this. This has a 2" square piece for the back, that it supposed to be the wall mount. It only has one screw hole, where as the mount on the wall has 2(top and bottom of bracket). By having one hole, it wiggles terribly, and also stands out from the wall in a ridiculous fashion. Attaching photos. Looks like a great phone for desk top, but no where, in reviews or description, was it pointed out how badly this fits on a wall.
<ol cl
Easy to use and set up.. Instructions not needed. Phone is straightforward to use. VERY loud speaker phone, nice large buttons that make for easy dialing and to read. The audio assist for the handset - for those with hearing problems - is a major plus. Caller ID is bright and clear; easy to read as well. Phone is well made and well worth more than the $28 or so I paid for it. Step father is hard of hearing and has no issues with this phone, no more shouting! Mom can see the numbers and options on the phone without her glasses. Win-win!
This phone is nice, especially for the price. The sound quality is good.
The speaker volume is excellent. As far as I can tell so far
This is a good value for the money, and I'm glad I bought it. It works well and has very useful features.
Good phone. Speaker phone is an improvement over the phone it replaced on my desk.
The price was right on this and I liked the caller id display, as well as the overall look.
