The product is okay, but it could be improved.

The product is decent. It performs well, but there are a few aspects I think could be improved. Overall, it’s a good option for the price.
It’s a decent product, but I expected more given the price. but a little more innovation would be great.

I received the product in just 4 days and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I am very satisfied and will definitely consider repurchasing in the future.
I like the fact that I finally got my saxophone I wished it would have come with a book to learn to play simple note but other than that I love it.

My son switched to saxophone mid year in 7th grade band. He was so excited to inbox this instrument. Within 10 minutes he was playing a song. The case is wonderful. Great sounding. Very affordable!

Word of advice, make sure you are committed or a talented natural before becoming involved in any instrument.
I will be buying more instruments made by this company.
A good deal for the money, but it isn't going to play like a top of the line sax.
It’s a great instrument right out of the box. Has everything you need and it’s all good quality. I fully recommend it. 5 stars <ol
Came with everything that you needed to get started for you child and cost less than rental from school or purchase from a music store.
This is definitely not a professional model but it does get the job done for learning or just goofing around.
The casing is very nice. I am still testing out the instrument.
honestly I haven't had any issues with it and its been working really nice for me. to me it feels like a high quality instrument and is all I need as a beginner.
For the price I am really pleased with this saxophone.
We were scared to purchase. Afraid it would look and feel cheap. We got the antique finish and it's beautiful.
I play out regularly and my old soprano (a 1980's intermediate level Jupiter) needs a complete overhaul, and after watching John Metcalf's review on his Better Sax Youtube channel I thought it sounded good, and hoped this horn would be cheeper than a rebuild and be good enough, but I'm returning it. My main problem is the layout of the palm keys. I have XLarge hands and the right palm keys are too close to the horn, or too far away from the pad of my knuckles. Though it is common to add a caps to these palm keys, this would have been and extreme example to make it work. Also the high D palm key is in the wrong place, the key is closer to my thumb than the pad under the 1st finger knuckle. Maybe this placement works for small hands, or x-small hands. The sound is good. I played it with my Selmar CS80 mouthpiece and the horn played predictably. The pads sealed up good, very playable, a little leaky below low C, but this kind of leakiness happens and is easily fixable. This was the first time I have been able to compare a curved neck to a straight and I was surprised that the curved sounded a little stuffy. I would definitely only play the straight neck. I was impressed with the adjustment screws on almost all the keys, easy to adjust the pad height. The left pinky keys or table for the low notes was layed out well, felt good for my x-large hands. The case not good, too little molding to cradle the horn effectively and will allow the horn to move around and will contribute to problems if dropped. The mouthpiece came with a reed mounted, oops, someone forgot to throw that used reed away. There was another reed in the case. The biggest influence of the sound is in the mouthpiece and the player. John Metcalf makes it sound good, and I enjoyed my sound, but when you're playing you have to get around the horn, and I use my palm keys and I would have been frustrated. Keeping the key layout consistent with other horns is important, and this horn made the wrong compromises. This is a fine instrument for a small handed player, that sounds good, but its more than just sound, its about overall playability and I have to find another solution.
Had to return im intermediate its for a biginner something to play i guess , was good price but you get what you pay for , a 300 $ sax sounds like a 300$ sax , a 1000$ sax sounds better than a 300$ one
Good for the price, it's not easy to get it in tune. I know that that happens with all the soprano but this is an instrument that can be a bit hard for beginners. The sound is a bit flat and you have to spend hours with it to start feeling it comfortable. It came with a couple of leaks that I could fix myself and now is playing good. It comes with a mouthpiece and two reeds but you'll need to replace them for something better. Also the strap is cheap and will hurt your neck after one hour of play. But...for that price, you get a soprano, and replacing the mpc and reeds, the sound is beautiful.
Very good instrument, nice case and accessories.
The shipping was really fast and the saxophone is in good condition.
